  The European Commission proposed the most recent three of these directives on procedural rights for suspects and accused persons in November 2013.
• ในวันที่ 22 มิถุนายน 2561 อัยการนัดผู้ต้องหาทั้ง18 คนฟังคำสั่งคดีเป็นครั้งแรกแต่ก็เลื่อนนัดฟังคำสั่งคดีออกไป นับจากนั้นมีการเลื่อนนัดฟังคำสั่งคดีออกไปอีกอย่างน้อยแปดครั้ง
  On 22 June 2018, the prosecutor of Ratchaburi Municipal Court set to render case order to 18 accused person for the first time but it had postpone the rendering of case order. Afterward, the prosecutor postponed the rendering of case order for at least 8 times.
• หากมีเหตุอันควรเชื่อว่าผู้ถูกกล่าวหาได้กระทำการทุจริตจริง บริษัทจะแจ้งให้ผู้ถูกกล่าวหารับทราบและให้สิทธิพิสูจน์ โดยหาข้อมูลหรือหลักฐานแสดงความบริสุทธิ์มาแสดงต่อคณะกรรมการฯ
  If there is any reason to believe that the accused person actually committed corruption, the Company shall notify the accused person and entitle him/her to prove by finding some information or evidence of innocence to present to the Committee.
• หากมีเหตุอันควรเชื่อว่าผู้ถูกกล่าวหาได้กระทำการทุจริตจริง บริษัทจะแจ้งให้ผู้ถูกกล่าวหารับทราบและให้สิทธิพิสูจน์ โดยหาข้อมูลหรือหลักฐานแสดงความบริสุทธิ์มาแสดงต่อคณะกรรมการฯ

• อย่างไรก็ตามในวันที่ 10 พฤษภาคม 2559 ศาลทหารก็อนุญาตให้ประกันตัวผู้ต้องหาทั้งแปดคนด้วยหลักทรัพย์คนละ 200,000 บาท พร้อมกำหนดเงื่อนไขห้ามออกนอกประเทศหรือมีพฤติการณ์ยุยงปลุกปั่นให้เกิดความวุ่นวายในบ้านเมือง
  On 10 May 2016, the Military Court released all 8 accused persons on bail with 200,000 Baht deposit for each. The court also set condition to prohibit all of them from traveling aborad.
